Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and ongoing support.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a personalized, needs-based review approach.
- Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market the right products and services to meet those needs.

- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an ability to actively listen and build rapport.
- A people-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems.
- Ability to quickly learn new computer functions and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
